Welcome! This is the website of CityHall Coffeeshop, reachable worldwide on the web. Since 1995, we are located in the very centre of Amsterdam – in the Red Light District.

CityHall Coffeeshop is located in the centre of Amsterdam, within walking distance of the famous Red Light District, and Dam Square. CityHall Coffeeshop possesses a certain magic in a dark-coloured pub-like setting with a nice and cosy atmosphere. For already 15 years now.

There are some 60 spacious seats and a big Bob Marley Table to pull up your chair with a large group of peoples and to so-to-speak ‘fade away’.

Our music is varied and being played on a professional DJ – Sound Equipment System. A 100% Full Sound. And you will find all our club info on flyers.

How to use cannabis

Use cannabis to relax only.
Do not blow every day.
By using cannabis your ability to concentrate is affected.
Cannabis is available in different potencies, so be informed about it! If you do not know the potency of your weed or hash but you want to try it, do take but 1 sniff or inhale and see what effect it has before you continu.
Your blood is absorbing cannabis immediate, so do not inhale too long.
The effects of alcohol and cannabis can enhance eachother, so be careful if you use both.
If you prefer using cannabis in cake, tea or other drinks, or in food, then consider that the effect will manifest itself later and it is more difficult to estimate the dosage.
In case of cannabis, so-to-speak ‘nothing is so certain as the unexpected’! So, you might experience signs like a sudden feeling of warm or cold, and sweating.
Do not use cannabis if you are pregnant!
If you take any medication and you want to use cannabis, consult your doctor first.
Smoking is harmful to your health.
In tobacco, nicotine is an addictive. This is not the case when using plain cannabis.
Never ever buy cannabis out on the streets, look for a coffeeshop.
The Dutch policy on drugs and narcotics is of a far more liberal character than in many other countries.
So, do not take any cannabis abroad.
